Berikutan injunksi tersebut, defendan, termasuk Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Azhidi Laili dan syarikatnya KB International Bhd, telah dihalang daripada memindahkan atau mengeluarkan aset, termasuk &#8220;Pamp Suisse&#8221; gold Bar, dari mana-mana bank dan institusi kewangan.<\/p>\n<p>Plaintif mendakwa bahawa mereka pada mulanya menerima pulangan yang dijanjikan daripada pelaburan mereka tetapi telah berhenti menerima pembayaran sejak Disember tahun lepas.
