Jadi saya rasa ketika itu, keuntungannya adalah berbaloi kalau saya masuk dan dapat imbuhan setiap bulan,\u201d kata Ahmad ketika dihubungi Astro AWANI.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak daripada itu, dia telah melabur wang simpanannya untuk nilai 2 kilogram emas.<\/p>\n<p>Malangnya, keuntungan yang dinikmati hanya seketika apabila dia cuma menerima imbuhan pelaburan untuk dua bulan pertama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.net\/go\/49887\/emasshahir\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Rahsia Kejayaan Emas Sebenar&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.com\/banners\/banner_0017104_rahsia_emas_11.jpg?b=1368\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.net\/go\/49887\/emasshahir\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Rahsia Kejayaan Emas Sebenar&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSejak Disember tahun lalu, syarikat pengelola telah berhenti memberi imbuhan atas alasan syarikat bertukar konsep.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSalah satu ingin mengemas kini syarikat kepada Sdn Bhd agar lebih kukuh. Jadi semua pemberian imbuhan perlu ditangguh dahulu,\u201d keluh Ahmad.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak itu, Ahmad telah berjumpa dengan ejen berkenaan serta syarikat pengelola, namun masih tidak membuahkan sebarang hasil.<\/p>\n<p>Kos kerugian yang terpaksa ditanggung kini mencecah RM200,000.<\/p>\n<p>Kisah Ahmad adalah antara 5,000 pengguna seluruh Malaysia yang dipercayai terbabit dalam skim pelaburan emas dengan jumlah kerugian dianggar mencecah RM500 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Di sebalik keghairahan mengejar kemewahan, Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM) menasihati orang ramai agar berhati-hati supaya tidak terjebak dengan penipuan skim pelaburan emas yang semakin berleluasa kebelakangan ini.<\/p>\n<p>PPIM turut menerima beberapa aduan pengguna yang tertipu dengan skim itu, sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian mencecah puluhan juta ringgit.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ketua Aktivis PPIM, Datuk Nadzim Johan, antara aduan yang diterima adalah seperti kes Ahmad di mana syarikat terbabit didakwa tidak membayar pulangan pelaburan sepertimana dijanjikan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBila syarikat tidak bayar, pelabur akan pergi cari mereka. Pelabur akan ugut nak lapor polis dan Bank Negara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSyarikat itu kata kalau report, mereka langsung tak akan dapat duit. Itu alasan yang digunakan untuk terus menipu,\u201d kata Nadzim pada sidang media di ibu negara.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Negara Malaysia di laman webnya turut menyenaraikan 197 syarikat pelaburan yang tidak diiktiraf dalam senarai berjaga-jaga.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Jawatankuasa Biro Pendidikan PPIM, Mohd Nor Izzat Johari, daripada jumlah itu, dianggarkan 30 peratus terdiri daripada syarikat skim pelaburan emas.<\/p>\n<p>Setakat ini, PPIM sudah mengenal pasti tiga syarikat yang terbabit dalam skim penipuan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTiga syarikat ini kita dah ada aduan. Kita dah buka fail. Sampai sekarang pengelola atau bos dia cuba menghilangkan diri, tetapi Insyaallah dengan kerjasama masyarakat yang ada, mereka akan bantu beri maklumat.\u201d kata Izzat.<\/p>\n<p>Modus operandi skim pelaburan emas ialah pihak penganjur atau pengelola akan melantik wakil atau ejen untuk melaksanakan proses jual beli dengan pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.net\/go\/49887\/emasshahir\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Rahsia Kejayaan Emas Sebenar&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.com\/banners\/banner_0017104_rahsia_emas_11.jpg?b=1368\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashadee.net\/go\/49887\/emasshahir\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Rahsia Kejayaan Emas Sebenar&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Menurut Pegawai Kerja PPIM, Mohd Mustaffa Hamzah, antara dua skim pelaburan yang wujud adalah menjual emas kepada pelanggan dengan harga lebih tinggi daripada pasaran untuk mendapat imbuhan secara bulanan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, jual emas secara \u201cEstimate Time Arrival\u201d (ETA) yang mengenakan syarat pelanggan perlu membuat bayaran dahulu sebelum menerima emas dalam tempoh tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPelanggan melabur dalam bentuk wang beli 100g emas pada harga pasaran atau lebih rendah daripada itu, tetapi dijanjikan fizikal emas tersebut dapat dalam tempoh 7 hari, 14 hari dan 30 hari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMalangnya apabila tiba masa emas perlu diberikan keapda mereka, mereka tidak menerima emas tersebut,\u201d kata Mustaffa.<\/p>\n<p>Kebanyakan syarikat pengelola juga didapati berselindung di sebalik ejen yang menjadi orang tengah, sekali gus mendedahkan mereka kepada risiko bila imbuhan dan barangan tidak diterima pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Mengakui tidak membuat semakan latar belakang terhadap syarikat pengelola skim pelaburan emas, Ahmad kini belajar daripada kekhilafannya, satu pengajaran yang dikira cukup mahal agar tidak mudah terpedaya dengan sebarang janji skim pelaburan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya nasihatkan sekiranya ada apa-apa skim pelaburan, ia harus dibuat secara terus dan bukan melalui ejen dan ia perlu berkonsepkan pertukaran barangan dengan tunai secara serentak untuk mengelakkan sebarang kemungkinan berlaku penipuan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>sumber &#8211;
