Cuma, munkin ada perbezaan pada jumlah atau peratus pulangan yang diberikan. Ia lebih kurang dengan skim cepat kaya yang lain, yang menggunakan hibah\/rebate sebagai tarikan. pertamanya, harga sudah di mark up daripada harga pasaran semasa iaitu lebih kurang RM 1,250 -RM1,300 sahaja. Perbezaan lebih kurang RM500. Keseluruhan rebate\/hibah yang diberikan pula adalah sekitar RM1,260. ia adalah jumlah yang besar. Ini adalah risiko yang besar kepada penjual\/penganjur skim. Pada masa yang sama ia adalah tarikan yang amat menarik kepada pembeli\/pelabur. Seolal olah pembeli dapat beli dengan harga yang amat murah. Tetapi kena tunggu sampai 10 bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Hukum asal hibah adalah harus. Penjual juga boleh beri hibah kepada pembeli bagi setiap pembelian. Namun, hibah dalam bentuk rebate yang tinggi iaitu hampir dengan membayar balik harga jualan menimbulkan masalah. Seolah olah jumlah kesuluran rebate adalah harga pasaran semasa emas. Penjual seolah olah tidak mendapat apa apa keuntungan langsung. Di dalam perniagaan sebenar sifirnya, penjual perlu mendapat keuntungan. Tidak ada peniaga yang sengaja mahu menanggung kerugian.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam skim di atas, satu satu cara mendapatkan keuntungan ialah penangguhan bayaran rebate. Dari segi cashflow, penjual\/penganjur akan bermasalah tidak mampu membayar rebate. It is too good to bu true. Dengan itu tarikan rebate yang tinggi adalah tarikan kepada pelabur yang baru atau supaya pelabur yang lama menambah atau meneruskan pelaburan.
