Emas merupakan simpanan\/pelaburan yang amat baik untuk jangkamasa sederhana dan panjang. Ini kerana nilai emas sentiasa meningkat dalam jangkamasa panjang.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mengambil contoh harga untuk 1 Oz (31.10 gram) syiling Kijang Emas pada 18 Julai 2001 ialah RM1082.00 dan pada 17 Jun 2008 \u2013 harganya ialah RM3048.00 !!! Ini adalah kenaikan harga sebanyak 181.70% dalam masa 7 tahun atau purata kenaikan 25.95% setahun!!<\/p>\n<p>3. Seterusnya lihat pula pada graf emas dunia (dalam tempoh 10 tahun), Pada Jun 1998, harga emas adalah 300 USD per Oz (RM30.86\/gram), manakala pada Jun 2008, harga emas mencecah 890 USD per Oz (RM91.50\/gram). Berbanding terus kekal dalam simpanan tunai, nilai akan kekal sama untuk sebarang tempoh masa. Namun, nilai ini akan makin terhakis dari masa ke semasa dek kenaikan inflasi.<\/p>\n<p>5.
