Bhd., didakwa melakukan pecah amanah melibatkan 5,776 biji berlian asli bernilai RM695,794.18 dengan menyalahgunakannya untuk kegunaan sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>Hew didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu di syarikat Tomei Consolidated Bhd., beralamat di Projek Jaya Industrial Estate, Batu 6, Jalan Klang Lama, di sini pada 6 Mei 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 408 Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara sehingga 14 tahun dan sebat, dan boleh dikenakan denda.<\/p>\n<p>Hew juga menghadapi pertuduhan kedua iaitu memalsukan akaun majikannya dalam rekod Item Adjustment Listing dengan niat hendak mengubah sehingga menyebabkan syarikat itu mengalami kerugian RM657,587.22.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi pertuduhan itu, Hew didakwa mengikut Seksyen 474(A) Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara sehingga tujuh tahun, atau dengan denda, atau kedua-duanya jika sabit kesalahan.<\/p>\n<p>Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Suzanne ak Tiyon Bimen menawarkan jaminan RM100,000 bagi setiap pertuduhan.<\/p>\n<p>Peguam S.
