{"id":1830,"date":"2012-12-04T14:22:32","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T06:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/terkini.hargaemas.com.my\/?p=1830"},"modified":"2012-12-04T14:22:32","modified_gmt":"2012-12-04T06:22:32","slug":"emas-rm65j-belum-diserah-kepada-pelabur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hargaemas.com.my\/terkini\/emas-rm65j-belum-diserah-kepada-pelabur\/","title":{"rendered":"Emas RM65j Belum Diserah Kepada Pelabur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kuala Lumpur<\/strong>: Syarikat pelaburan emas, Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd yang diserbu Oktober lalu, belum menyerahkan 4,000 kilogram emas bernilai RM64.94 juta kepada lebih 8,000 pelaburnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pelabur yang menyerahkan emas kepada syarikat itu tetapi masih belum menerima bayaran balik tunai berjumlah lebih RM80 juta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terkini.hargaemas.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/goldBullionDealers1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1831\" title=\"goldBullionDealers\" src=\"http:\/\/terkini.hargaemas.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/goldBullionDealers1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hargaemas.com.my\/terkini\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/goldBullionDealers1.jpg 280w, https:\/\/hargaemas.com.my\/terkini\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/goldBullionDealers1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jumlah itu dikesan selepas siasatan dijalankan ke atas dokumentasi yang disita dalam serbuan premis syarikat itu.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) dalam kenyataan bersama Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) dan Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan, semalam, berkata agensi penguat kuasa menerima banyak rayuan daripada pihak yang terbabit dengan syarikat berkenaan.<\/div>\n<p>\u201cMereka meminta BNM melepaskan wang yang dibekukan sebanyak RM99.8 juta dan emas yang disita seberat 126 kg yang disimpan sebagai bukti bagi kesalahan yang disyaki.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWang dan emas itu dikehendaki untuk tujuan penyiasatan dan hanya akan dilepaskan dengan arahan mahkamah,\u201d kata kenyataan itu di sini.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum ini, angka awal yang dikeluarkan BNM memaklumkan emas disita iaitu sebanyak 142.7kg dan wang yang dibekukan dalam akaun bank serta wang tunai berjumlah RM101.92 juta adalah merujuk kepada semua empat syarikat yang disyaki menjalankan skim pelaburan haram menggunakan emas termasuk Genneva Malaysia.<br \/>\nKenyataan itu juga menjelaskan, laporan awal perakaunan forensik menunjukkan kerugian besar dialami syarikat terbabit tahun ini dengan memiliki tanggungan melebihi 10 kali aset syarikat.<\/p>\n<p>Operasi sebenar syarikat itu adalah menjual emas pada kadar kira-kira 20 hingga 25 peratus lebih tinggi daripada pasaran, membayar pulangan dua hingga tiga peratus sebulan kepada pelanggan dan membeli balik emas daripada pelanggan pada harga asal belian emas bukan sesuatu yang dapat dikekalkan, katanya.<\/p>\n<p>BNM berkata, dalam keadaan itu, aliran tunai membolehkan syarikat meneruskan operasinya.<\/p>\n<p>Sehubungan itu, BNM menasihatkan orang ramai merujuk kepada sesawangnya untuk maklumat berkaitan perkembangan terkini siasatan kes berkenaan.<\/p>\n<p>sumber : Berita Harian<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuala Lumpur: Syarikat pelaburan emas, Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd yang diserbu Oktober lalu, belum menyerahkan 4,000 kilogram emas bernilai RM64.94 juta kepada lebih 8,000 pelaburnya.
