Saham syarikat berhad yang berkaitan emas di Bursa Malaysia<\/h3>\n<p>Setahu saya hanya Poh Kong Holdings Berhad (5080) yang sahamnya dijual beli di Bursa Malaysia. Wah Chan dan Habib Jewels masih Sdn Bhd. (Kalau saya tertinggal syarikat berhad dalam industri emas yang didagangkan di Bursa, tolong beritahu saya ya dalam ruang komen) Poh Kong merupakan penjual emas dan barang kemas paling besar di Malaysia dan mempunyai lebih 100 cawangan seluruh negara.<\/p>\n<p>Beli saham Poh Kong Holdings Berhad dan kita berpeluang mendapat capital gain dari harga saham dan juga dividen tahunan.<strong>\u00a0Saya ulang, dividen tahunan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>5. Skim Cepat Lingkup<\/h3>\n<p>Caranya, beli emas dapat dividen, duit dan pulangan x% setiap bulan.<\/p>\n<p>Ini skim cepat lingkup. Emas fizikal tak beri dividen. Akaun pelaburan emas pun tak beri sebarang dividen. Kalau nak dapat dividen pun kena beli saham macam syarikat Poh Kong yang tersenarai dengan Bursa Malaysia untuk tujuan tersebut, tapi itu bukan beli emas tapi beli saham.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau syarikat berkaitan emas yang paling besar pun cuma berani dan mampu beri dividen tahunan sahaja, kenapa boleh ada syarikat biasa-biasa yang nak janjikan pulangan dividen setiap bulan? Ia tidak masuk akal. Syarikat sebegitu adalah musang yang sedang membela ayam.<\/p>\n<p>Apa yang sebenarnya syarikat sebegini jual? Emas ke saham?<\/p>\n<p>Jika emas, mana emasnya? Jika emas tiada itu sudah jadi transaksi haram.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau saham pula, adakah ia tersenarai di Bursa Malaysia atau mana-mana bursa saham lain ?<\/p>\n<p>Apakah operasi sebenar syarikat tersebut?\u00a0Terlibat dalam jual beli emas macam Poh Kong, Habib dan Wah Chan atau cuma sedang menipu orang ramai, penjawat awam dan makcik-makcik di kampung?<\/p>\n<p>Modus operandi skim cepat lingkup bermula dengan model \u201cpelaburan\u201d semudah skim Pak Man Telo dan Labu Peram. Kemudian disusuli skim forex, futures market, CPO, ternak lembu, rumpai laut, jala ikan, MLM dan kini pelaburan emas.<\/p>\n<p>Tak percaya?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTakkan dia tipu pula, sebab saya masih dapat duit tiap-tiap bulan Pakdi!\u201d ujar seorang pegawai kerajaan.<\/p>\n<p>Ok. Tiada masalah.<\/p>\n<p>Pergi lah habiskan semua duit simpanan, duit simpanan nak pergi haji, gadai tanah, buat pinjaman bank, minta duit &amp; paksa emak ayah, adik beradik, kawan-kawan semua masuk dan jumpa peneroka Felda dan orang kampung untuk terlibat dalam skim yang sama.<\/p>\n<p>Pergi buat apa yang patut untuk terlibat dalam skim macam ni. Pergi buat untuk jadi kaya dengan jalan menipu. Teruskan mengikis duit orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Saya dah tegur dan ingatkan skim cepat lingkup sebegini melalui siri seminar, ceramah dan bengkel dan hari ini melalui blog.
